these are the only two online pdls i got. i just want to know if any of you guys have'em too. any reviews about them? what can they do to you and what they cannot do to you if you are default? if you dont pay'em back??

First what state are you in?

The most they can do if they are legal is to sue you in a civil court and get a judgement to garnish your pay check.

You can not be arrested or put in jail.

From what I am reading about EME is they are very difficult to get a hold of. They also have several names they go by.

Here is some information I have found.

EME Marketing was once E-PayDay, which is part of Global Payday
Global Payday Loan, LLC
Phone: (888) 227-4638 ext. 528
Fax: (800) 887-9284
Address: PO Box 572037
Murray, UT 84157-2037
EME Marketing Corp. LLC
1-877-633-1100

EME Marketing
Edith Soloman Bldg
PO Box 636
Charleston, Nebis West Indies (wi)
(877)-633-1100 X130
fax (866)840-4593

It seems they had a license in Utah to loan to Utah residents at one point but the license is no longer valid.

Here is the information for PayDay Services

Payday Services
300 West 200 South Ste 350-B
Salt Lake City, UT 84101
Telephone: (800) 420-8023
Fax: (800) 420-8024
www.paydayservices.co

Again, we need what state you live in to help you more. Please also list the amount you have borrowed and how much you have paid them.

[color=Green]i live in las vegas, nevada.

eme marketing pay:
$200.00
260 (with interest)
never paid them in full just the interest
its been months since i paid them cant remember when was the last time i paid them but i know its more than 3 months now.

payday services:
$325 (thats how much i borrowed)
total of 468.75 including interest
every payday they take out increments of $25 or 50, together with the interest. so the principle will keep dropping.

how can i tell if payday services is legal or not??
