I am currently in the Consumer Credit Counseling Program, Which is working for me I have just about paid off 35% of my debts with them , I have Capital One account which is in the program and has been referred to Mann Bracken I am paying them thru the program and I have not missed a payment since joining but since this one account has been given to Mann Bracken I am constantly receiving letters of pending court dates do I just go to court and let the judge deceide or do I have any recourse since I have documentation of the account being paid is there a chance the judge will be favorable in my behalf or do I just work with Mann Bracken I have not received anything since I have been paying the account in monthly payments of a current balance, I can't afford a lawyer what are my options .

If man bracken has purchased the loan from cap then that is the sole reason why they are following it with so many letters.

One thing i have understood that you are not behind the payment since you have joined the counseling program, so you have a valid point to show in the court that you are willing to pay.

No need to worry!! just keep the payments going as you are doing it now.you won't face any big problem in the coming future as you are paying........
