I need to send the payday loan companies a cease and desist letter to stop them form calling my work or references. I don't mind them calling my cell phone but I don't need them to call anyone else. Does anyone have this letter that I can copy.

Are they internet or storefront?
Which state do you live in?

Please check whether the payday loan companies you're dealing with are legal in your state.
