Anyone had to work with United Recovery Systems?

I have a fairly large account to settle with United Recovery Systems, over $10K. So far they have just hung up on me twice when I did not offer to make full payment immediately.

I thought I would be hanging up on the collection agencies, not them hanging up on me :o

Anyone settle with this CA and have any feedback to share?
