I was sued by lvnv funding and had my wages garnished for 4 months and finally paid off the goal amount then a week later they garnished me again for another 1900 dollars that had nothing to do with the original debt and I can't get an answer what the new charges are for

When the name is LVNV collections, I'm a bit suspicious. Let me ask you certain questions: -

1. Did you get any summons from the court about the garnishment judgment?

2. Which state do you live in? Is garnishment allowed in your state?

I'm asking you this because LVNV is known as a junk debt buyer and doesn't have a good reputation. You may browse through the following pages to have a look at their reputation: -

LVNV Funding doing a check garnishment

LVNV funding LLC purchases charged-off a/c from creditors

If I were you then I would have reported the garnishment problem to the office of Attorney General of the state. I'm sure they will be able to help you in your problem.
