If the debt for which the judgment was passed was included under bankruptcy, and your bankruptcy was discharged, then the judgment should no longer appear in your credit report and the debt for which the judgment was been passed would have been listed as "included in bankruptcy" in your report.

So me and my brother have joint accts b/c our name and social sercurity number is 1 letter or number off. So when I pull up my credit score his show up and vice-versa for him. Please I need help or a push in the right direction to help fix that
