What they will likely send is just a print out of what they say you owe, but by law that is required as a initial dunning letter. If you did not receive it, then send a DV letter and note that, also include a line about them not calling you at all. Make sure the letter is certified mail, return receipt requested.

I don't know their proper address since the call is originating from Utah. She hung up on me before I could ask for the address because I told her she had to stop calling me until I got verification. I hate rude people. I will be recording their calls and it is legal in California if I inform them that I am recording the call. It is THEIR choice if they want to continue with the call or not.
