They've helped 4.5 million people get out of debt? I very highly doubt that.
FDRS and 1Debt Money
FDRS.org used to market their scam all over the internet.....now they have closed their Hollywood offices and moved to Burbank, CA. Now when you go to FDRS.org the old site has been taken down and now one needs a password to get into the site.
Bottom line is that FDRS ripped off ALOT of people and they want to pretend like it never happened. All of the website data from WaybackMachine was copied and printed and sent to many interested AG's.
FDRS running scared
FDRS is sending out letters to customers they screwed offering refunds if they promise not to file a lawsuit or testify against FDRS in court.
Mark good luck with the refund strategy...lol....at the very least these FDRS victims have a plethora of civil and criminal charges they can nail FDRS with!

FDRS Refund Letter
I read the letter........it basically says that FDRS will refund your xxx$ if you agree to "withdraw..in writing any complaints which you have filed, with any court or regulatory aganecy...............etc etc"
Basically FDRS is trying to hold peoples lawful refunds hostage, until they sign this BS document that absolves FDRS of any wrongdoing. FDRS is trying to correct a farud with another fraud!
Kinda like trying to sweep a ton of elephant dung under the rug
