bottom line is they will work with anyone who pays them, they pr
bottom line is they will work with anyone who pays them, they prefer not to work with a 3rd party because they know they will not get the full amt back plus their obscene fees. still, most of them have access to your checking account if you don't pay and its probably buried in the paperwork you signed. but you can always close that bank account and re-open another one, even at the same bank

I didn't try EPP because I had done it back in Aug with AA and thought you could only do it once every 12 months. I did not try it with Express. Of course I told AA I was working with a debt consolidator and they offered to put me on an EPP because they (like the other two) have said that they don't work with a debt consolidator. I told the lady I have been working with at Progressive that, and she said that AA has worked with them before, so they could probably get a better settlement or payment plan.
I just dont want anyone to try to take me to court!
if you are afraid of court, then you should use a law firm debt
