I would say best bet would be to contact your attorney and see if he can file for a change in payments due to hardship. I would bet that your ex is an a$$ and he will try to get his attorney to find in contempt. So see if your attorney can get something filed before his does.

If you don't respond they will probably file for contempt. Search around, there are attorney's that will help out on an income basis. call your local public aid office they might be able to reffer you to an attorney that takes these cases for a low fee.

Well if they file for contempt then there should be another court date where the judge will ask you why he should not find you in contempt. I don't know if I would provide any info or not. that is a hard call to make. Why don't you contact his attorney and talk with him about changinf the payments. If his attorney thinks that it would be in the best interest for your ex to accept a different payment arrangement then he just might agree to it.
