I need help with this and it's not a collection agency.  Here's the situation, I was ordered to pay off the credit card debt to my ex 4 years ago when we divorced.  Around August 2008 I set up an agreement to start paying 500 per month to get this down.  We made an agreement for 500 per month, total amount owed is 50,000 and it was interest free.  I did fine until about December.  Here's the issue, I'm a loan officer and work straight commission.  My income as been so up and down lately.  I have'nt made a payment since December.  I tried to explain to my ex that my income had been reduced but that didn't go over well.  Now I recieved these Interrogatory Questions.  It ask me about bank accounts, where I work, who does my payroll,  all that stuff.  I'm sure they're looking at garnishing my wages and taging my bank account.  How do I respond to these?  I have to send my reponce out this week.  Any advise would be appreciated.

Well if they file for contempt then there should be another court date where the judge will ask you why he should not find you in contempt. I don't know if I would provide any info or not. that is a hard call to make. Why don't you contact his attorney and talk with him about changinf the payments. If his attorney thinks that it would be in the best interest for your ex to accept a different payment arrangement then he just might agree to it.
