I have a 1200$ loan with them and I already know I won't be able to pay it off so I want to ask for an EPP myself.

They do offer an EPP. They will break down the $1200 loan into four parts including finance fee. Others have established an EPP with them here on this forum. You can search in the box ptop for more information on them. To envoke the EPP make sure you contact them prior to your loan due date.

I live in Maryland and PDLs are illegal in my state that's why Cashnet usa is operating as a CSO.
So if my loan is 1200$ and the fee for this loan is aprox 230$ they are gonna break out the 1200 in 4 parts or 1200 plus the 230$ fee?

They are a member of the CFSA and according to their rules all CFSA members should offer EPPs.
