1st Integral Recovery - Collection Letter sent to my Employer

i would draft a WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION LETTER asap.i would explain the situation as honestly as you can.they probably also tried to put through a wage assignment.alot of companies have employees that are going through this.they probably want your side of things.

Here is a sample of the WA revoke letter. You will need to send this to your HR dept ASAP then send the PDL a copy. Did you repay this payday compnay. What is the name and what state are you in?

From what I've read, wage garnishment is not permitted for payday loans in the state of Pennsylvania (where I reside) unless it's for child support, etc. Do I still need to draft the revocation letter?

i would just in case.some HR people might still let it through.it's best to have your bases covered.have it,but only use it if you need to.

Agreed with Paul. Besides your HR wants to hold a meeting regarding this. You need to make them aware that your personal information was jepordized. Also that you may be a victim of fraudulant activities. Give them the letter to be safe :)
