I am getting messages from our community members that their posts are getting deleted even when they’re following the forum guidelines. Even I noticed that someone has deleted my few posts too.

Please co-operate with us and help me out with your suggestions on how we can improve this system and protect our members’ valuable comments.

I have a request to all my moderator friends: please do not delete any post which is not against our forum guidelines. If it appears that someone is sharing the wrong information with us, then debate with him over there only.

Is the actual posting to threads the only way Admin has to determine the "activity" of the individual MODs?

This is a VERY GOOD point. I am here mostly reading posts and deleting spam. If I am not posting it appears I am dormant. So this will now be monitored by the admin to ensure we are makin 50 posts a month to stay a mod??

This can turn into multiple posts of the same information or irrelevance to a topic discussed now. I agree with Shazz and Roxy this can get a bit unfair.
