PDL Loans in collections

I have 2 paydayloans that are in collections. I reside in NY. Can anyone help on how to stop them and to take this off my credit report.

They are out of British Columbia, Canada. The company's name is my cash now.

They are illegal and all PDLs are illegal in the state of NY.

Since the loan is illegal so is the collections of that loan.

If they put it on you credit report then dispute it!
