National Credit Adjusters/My Cash Now

I just received a call from NCA to offer me a settlement on my account. I tried to explain to them that My Cash Now is not licensend to issue payday loans in my state and they never responsed to my debt validation letter or request for proof of license.
Has anyone dealt with NCA? I am curious what kind of a fight I am in for.

I am in the same boat as you are. I am sending my written reqeust for validation tomorrow. They are illegal and my state financial department is doing an investigation (their enforcement division) but until I hear something on this I am on my own.
Any feedback on this subject would be helpful. Anyone?
