I have a few pdl, and can't pay them. paying them has caused me to get behind on everything. all are current except united, and it was NSF at the bank last week. They have continually tried to send it through my bank and now it's -500 from NSF fees. what can I do? Please help.
thanks

I live in SC

ameriloan - borrowed $400, paid $360 to date. internet

united cash loans - borrowed $400, paid $805 to date. internet

checkngo - borrowed $300 haven't paid anything yet.

Click on the link below to read your payday lender laws:
http://www.paydayloaninfo.org/state_detail.cfm?id=SC
South Carolina requires internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state and United Cash nor Ameriloan are, this means they have lent money to SC residents illegally. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

I am assuming that Check n Go is a store front loan? Even still, they are legal. They are members of the CFSA which means if your request the EPP (Extended payment plan) they will stop the interest and allow you to pay this off in four seperate payments. You may need to call the corporate office and ask for the Manager as I have read that Check n Go is usually not very cooperative-based on what other members have written. You are entitled to the EPP plan though but must request it BEFORE you default.
