South Carolina requires internet based pdl's to be licensed by your state and United Cash nor Ameriloan are, this means they have lent money to SC residents illegally. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.
I am assuming that Check n Go is a store front loan? Even still, they are legal. They are members of the CFSA which means if your request the EPP (Extended payment plan) they will stop the interest and allow you to pay this off in four seperate payments. You may need to call the corporate office and ask for the Manager as I have read that Check n Go is usually not very cooperative-based on what other members have written. You are entitled to the EPP plan though but must request it BEFORE you default.
thanks, check n go is internet as well, i forgot to mark it.

I believe they are licensed in SC, request an EPP.
