I live in Pa and have 3 payday loans:
Payday one $800
Americash Advance $800
My Cash Now $700(in payment plan)
I also have a Cash Call loan! Ugh! I know stupid!
I cannot afford to keep up with the payments anymore as I am falling behind on my rent and car payments. I am extremely stressed out and scared of whats to follow. Please advise or help if possible. I bank with Beneficial in Pa. Anyone know there ACH laws.

ACH is governed by federal law - specifically the Electronic Fun
ACH is governed by federal law - specifically the Electronic Funds Transfer Act - not state law. Not clear from your post what you need to know about laws governing ACH's however, rhutterz. Can you ignore the other guest (who is blissfully unaware that two of those companies - Payday One and My Cash Now - have never sued anyone and the third, Americash, has never sued anyone in PA) and be more specific?
