GC Services sent "account" To NES

I sent GC Services a letter requesting validation, their reply was to send 2 more collection notices and pass on the "account" to National Enterprise Systems. So do I now send a validation request to NES, or do I assume that it is further attempt by GC to illegally collect a debt ?


i personally wouldn't wait if you have NES'S address.they are a notorious bottomfeeder.

Also depends on if they simply assigned the account to NES or if they sold it. Are they reporting on your credit report? If so, then as long as they are reporting, they are obligated to validate the account. If they are simply having NES collect for them, then that is continued collection activity. Keep those two letters since those are also continued collection activity. You are lining them up for a nice little lawsuit.
