Hello,
I am looking for any information on a pay day loan company FTR Processing, a phone number and/or address would be great.

Thanks so Much

I am still very much employed by FTR Processing and don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. This is the first comment that i have every left on here,so whoever is posting these comments using my name you are pathetic and need to get a life.I love my job and the environment and i also love assisting people in getting the cash they need when times get a little ruff.Thank you to all the people that have good comments about our company. We are glad to have done business with you and will be glad to help you in the future if you are ever in need of our services. And to all you folks who think we are here just to rip you off, please read the contract that you agreed to and stop assuming that our company works a certain way.We explain the terms of the loan to you as well as your repayment options,We do not tell you things that are not true nor do we trick you into taking the loan.We do what we say and say what we mean. Some people only seem to hear when the money is going to be in their account and everything else just goes in one ear and out the other. And to all you people who think by closing your accounts is going to make us go away, think again! We will go away when you own up to your responsibilites.Thank You and God Bless

I filled out several applications online for a pay day loan. I decided not to use this company and go with another one. They went ahead and wired the money into my account without my consent, signed forms, or even speaking with me directly. Be careful!

FTR has been taking money out of my account for sometimes now. Noone would return my phone calls until I put a block on my account. Now I have gotten a phone call from some I Collect company saying that I owe 611.00 for a loan that was taken out in December of 2006. I called the Company today and was successful in reaching someone after calling several numbers and they tell me that I had taken a loan out with them for 250 dollars. Why is it that I do not know anything about this? They are telling me that I will be served with papers if I do not pay this 611.00 dollars back today.

As per the fdcpa laws, get the debt validated by FTR Processing. They need to show the copies of the contract you signed with the original creditor. You are not responsible to pay anything just because they are saying verbally that you owe to some loan company. There must be a hard proof of the debt taking place in your name. Send a debt validation letter from your side and cover your basis legally.

Hello,
We took out a loan last year for $250.00 last June and have been paying the refinance charge of $60.00 every 2 weeks ever since because we could not pay the full amount. We noticed 2 weeks ago that they took an unauthorized amount of $30.00. We blocked the account and now we are receiving harassing phone calls saying that we will be arrested if we don't pay the amount of $695.00. Has anyone experienced this?

Hi Lady,

Check the laws of your state first. It looks like you have already paid the loan in full to the company. You need to recite the laws of your state and get the account marked closed. If they are not willing to do this, file a complaint with your state attorney general's office and get them investigated.

I've been duped!
I initially took out a payday loan with FTR processing, full intention of paying it back. However, I soon became the victem of some type of id theft that made my bank account be seriously overdrawn. I had to close this account and have the bank open an investigation. I opened a new account somewhere else. Two weeks after, I received a phone call from 800-859-6439; Mr. Reagan at Northbay Ventures demanding I pay them or by 4 pm or they would proceed with my case. Mr. Reagan had specifically said that he had been in jail for the same thing and it is not a pretty. Thing. Also said since I was commiting check fraud and something about crossing state laws. He also demanded to speak with my supervisor at work. (which did not happen) I ended up being so scared I sent him 600 & he said I owed him 600 more dollars. If I did not pay the remainder, his exact words were " if you don't pay me the remainder, hell has no fury.." The phone number that Mr regan is from (he said Northbay Ventures) comes back in the better buissness bereau as 1)Zurich Ventures 2)XPRESSCASH 3)PD6 Ventures. All three. Who do I file a complaint on? FTR Processing, or the three listed above, they all are located in different states. Who do I send a cease letter to. I don't have an address for the location Mr. Regan was at. Please help, I'm very stressed as my next payment is supposed to be this friday. What steps do I take. There is a lot of info out on this site, but because it appears I'm dealing with a company that is disguising themselves, I don't know what steps & who to go to first are. Please help

I am having the same problem. In January I received a payday loan that I didn't authorize. I received one form them and one that I did authorize. I have been charged $90 every 2 weeks and the 10th of this month they decided to take 180. I put a stop as well but they were still able to receive there 90. I never received a contract of any kind. I have no contact info and the have tried the contact info above still no luck. Any suggestions.

Samantha make the complaint on the collection company, especially if they are making threats! The collection company must follow collection laws and practices!

FTR manager... I have an issue I'd like to bring to the table. You say you do not prey on people however I continue to receive phone calls requesting I take out a payday loan and that I have been approved. I had a loan previously (more than a year ago). Paid the loan in full and had no problems with your company at that time and I thank you for your assistance when I needed it. However, for the last year or so I have periodically received calls from representatives claiming to be from your agency as well as JBM or JPM marketing. They always leave the number you provide 866-230-7824. When I have spoken with these individuals after I say that I am not interested in another loan they typically hang up but then a day or two later (sometimes longer, sometimes less) I will receive another call and I tell them the same thing. At one point someone didn't immediately disconnect the call and I begged to be removed from whatever list you are using that still has my name on it. The calls did stop for several months however within the last few weeks they have resumed and almost daily there is a message on my home phone to contact Cynthia @ x 125. I honestly do not know what to do. I have requested at least 15 times to not be called again. While I certainly did appreciate the assistance you guys provided at the time, I no longer need assistance and am starting to get a little angry at being called all the time. The # that shows up on the caller id is 816-303-3993. Additionally, I read some articles regarding the AG in my state (WV) getting settlements with a bunch of payday lenders due to the interest rates charged. I don't know whether payday lending is/isn't legal in my state but I do know that the fees (interest) you guys were charging was way above the 18% allowed in this state so could you maybe have your people not call the people with 304 area codes? I'm just trying to find the easiest way to keep from being called all the time since me telling the reps that I am not interested and to please stop calling is not working.

I took out a loan in Jan 2007 for $250 from FTR. They have since been taking out $75 every two weeks from my checking account. At this point, the total they have taken from me is $975. I believe I have paid this loan back in full and then some. However, whenever I try to get in touch with anyone, I can never get a live person to talk to. I have left message after message and no one calls me back. I have asked my bank to put a block on the withdrawal at this point, but they can only do it once and it will cost me $25. My only option (as I've been told by my bank) is to close the account. I can't do that nor should I have to. I have other auto withdrawals that come out monthly and to close my account would be more trouble than it's worth. I've taken out other payday loans from other companies and have never had any problems like this. The loans have been paid back with the finance charges and it's done after about 8 paychecks. This has been going on for six months and I don't think it's going to stop unless I put a stop to it. The problem is, I don't know how to do that. My husband has said that these payday loan companies are nothing but legal loan sharks.....I'm starting to think he may be right. Anyone who can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I think we need to make a call to the BBB and maybe
even to the district Attorneys office to make a complaint. I work with the state and I think if this doesn't get fixed soon, Im going to call our state rep
and state sentor, if you need any help I could get your state phone numbers also. I know I will not be
treated and threaten life I was. I think that there alone is against the law.

My husband took a loan out from this company early this year, he has since had the automatic decductions in his bank accout from them to pay them off. We are fully paid off and happy for it, but now after not hearing from them since the opening, apperently he has been turned over to a creditor/collections company we have have been receiving some very aggressive phone calls from them saying if he does not hand over $800 for the account and $7000 in lawyers fees he will be arrested. They called him today on his lunch and said if he does not contact them in 20 minutes the police will be picking him up and they will contact his employer to have him fired which i think is very unprofessional...never the less, I need to find the website for this company and read through the contract that my husband signed. If anyone has been in this situation before please share your experience. Or if you have any other suggestions please let me know.

I recently received a call from an apparently outsource collection company for FTR. I was trying to get info on the original debt, as I am not sure it is mine. I was not able to get anywhere with the person, what do I do. He just threatens legal action for fraud. How can I take care of a debt if I can't get any info to verify the debt.

These people have been taking money out of my account for several months on a two week basis-unauthorized! They are horrible and I would never recommend anyone for the services. They make it very difficult to contact them. My bank has no phone or address information on them. Thanks for the contact info.

I have had the worst experience with ftr processing.I applied for a loan with them last year they had been taking 9o.oo per pay I could not find the paperwork all I borrowed was 300 dollars and they took more than 1900 from me for the longest time I could not get in touch with anyone who would call me once I realized what it was I stopped the payment and finally got in touch with someone who refuses to give me my money back.So my lawyers will be in contact with them.I have dealt with pdl companies before and this absolutely the worst so beware

So in a bind I borrowed $300 from FTR. I received TWO phone calls from two different numbers stating that I was approved. I should have none something was up then, but I still went with it. Well they've been paid their $390 and they just recently withdrew another $260 out of my account on the 17th of August. All at one time. Before any of you IDIOTS claim I was NOT paying them their money, they indeed were taking what was owed and much more out of my account and that is where the problem lies.

So I'm updated from my August 24th post. I reported FTR to the BBB of Wichita(spelling), KS and was told the company had until September the 11th to respond. Today I received an email from someone at thebmggroup.com saying that my FTR Processing LLC account had been sent to collections with Westbury and was given this number:800.859.6439. I tried calling this number. It was useless It rang and then I heard nothing. Anybody know a way to get ahold of these people. Please if you guys have had trouble with FTR please report them to the BBB. So far I've only been able to find my own complaint.

I have been given the loan.. I faxed them to pay off my loan but they didnt even do anything but keep on deducting the financing charge of $90.00
Iam just frustrated because that is alot of money considering they already took 4 times... The principal is not yet paid off even with my instruction for the payment option.
Hope someone could enlighten me on what to do with this company

In doing a search for FTR Processing I came across your request for information on the company. I only have been able to obtain a telephone number but, am unable to acquire a mailing or physical address. The toll free number is 1-866-230-7824. I had to call my bank who in turn gave me their bank's (FTR) telephone number. I then contacted their bank which is 1st National Bank of Kansas at 913-266-9000. Apparently their banker has received numerous calls from the public trying to track down this company. This company has wrongfully scammed me out of money by continuouly debiting my account for fees and never deducting the full balance owed as I have requested numberous times. Good luck and feel free to email back if you have any luck.

This company is a "MOTHER" company with FDIC protection.???? They are associated with many, many payday loan companies. They go by many different loan names. I have borrowed money and paid it back with interest. The problem comes in with them hitting my checking account on unauthorized days/dates for unauthorized amounts. I stopped the ACH with my bank, because by the time I figured out who they were I had been charged over 260.00 in nsf fees. They could not get their money,as they were trying to get it before the authorized payment date. Yes, I stupidly did this online and gave my check information. Every 6 months they keep coming back and wanting more and more money.
I am having major problems with this company and their collection company,Known as J.P.Associates out of Fla.
Also known as Jackson Phillips. When you call the 800 number they give you,it is a switchboard in a building answered as Golden Gate.
They are trying to collect a large bogus amount and the agent is a Elizabeth __________.She uses the federal offense to get you, then they state we took federal funds across state lines with the intent to comment fraud. She stated this was a Federal offense and will have serious results if not taken care of today.

I have paid these people off, in fact I have paid several of the loan companies off under this umbrella. Even after they hit my checking account with UNAUTHORIZED eft transactions. I had paid off several accounts. Now they are trying to collect on accounts I have been disputing since 2006.
Now they are calling again, only from a different company name. A hardcore collection agency, with serious threat activities. This is the J.P. Associates of Duval County. FTR/ also is known as Freedom National.

I had a payday loan thru FTR and was told that I would receive the money which I did, and would also receive an email from this with information about how to repay. I never recieved the emai. I was also advised that after five times renewing FTR would begin to take out $50 until the loan was paid. So far they have taken the $60 interest out 7 times. I typed in FTR Processing and found all of you on here. I will put a block on this now. I didnt know that could be done. I am not trying to get out of paying back the loan, I want to pay it back. I am able to do this now and this $60 is killing me, and going nowhere with the paydown on the loan. I just want to make sure that I dont get in any trouble for doing this, but like someone said, if I put a block on them, surely they will contact me. Thank you

i was able to contact this company and was advised that they do not automatically begin taking extra in order for the principal to be paid off. You have to call them each and every time to request this. I will never ever go with this company again.

Yes, they have been taking $90.00 out every 2 weeks and nobody answers the phone or returns calls. I finally was able to talk to a person today and she said that they spoke to my husband (which I know to be a lie). They have taken $630.00 so far and now want me to pay $390.00 to pay it off - all for a $300.00 loan. That's $1020.00 for $300.00.

Do not ever deal with FTR Processing!!!!
They harassed me in a way that was uncalled for on my job. I told them I intended on taking care of the matter but I would contact them when I wasn't at work and they continued to call 5 or 6 times a day. They spoke with my boss and was very rude asking info that she could not give out.
In reality all they could do was harass me on my job and if I were a bad person I would carry this farther but I'm not but those of you who are mean enough. Get them!

I have been a victim of FTR's fraudlant practices. They have taken money from my account and I have never gotten one dime from them. They are saying that they loaned me money but they can't produce any evidence  to prove their claim.I too was forced to close my bank account to keep them from continuing to steal money from me. If I did that to them I would be in jail, which is where I hope the braines behind this scam will end up.
