the first reports for 158$ for I have no idea what.

I just don't know where to start the suit. please help direct me how to deal with this further, what to sue for, what to expect, what to do...
Thank you, 'help appreciated.

There are great consumer law attorneys who sue debt collectors every day on behalf of consumers - try the National Association of Consumer Advocates (NACA.net) website. Then you can find an attorney in your state. Please speak to a lawyer- most do not charge up front but take advantage of the FDCPA's 'fee shifting' provision which says a cosumer who wins gets his attorney's fees and costs paid for. NACA is a non-profit.

Gather all your documentation together, especially anything that proves an FDCPA violation - which not only carries $1,000 but also possible court costs and attorney fees, so the lawyer will get paid by the collector.
