Every night in the Phoenix area there is one radio show or another that goes on for hours. There message is always the same, "We can eliminate your debt in weeks or months". Call this number etc etc. How can they possibly do that? If it's a false claim wouldn't they be shut down?
I think that if someone sued them over making false claims, and
I think that if someone sued them over making false claims, and then they were able to show that 1) their claims are true for certain cases, and that 2) every case has different outcomes; then it wouldn't necessarily be making false claims.
I'll bet if you go to their website, or sign an agreement with them, they've got all sorts of fine print that state individual results may vary and that they make no warranty as to the actual results.
