I guess i don't really know what i'm asking here. I think what I want to ask is can a judge legally bind you to a payment amount instead of garnish my wages or something. I live in a 10 percent state (gross) NJ.

I'm sorry , i've just been going through a helluva lot lately and this situation has just added to the flames. Things in life are very rough right now and i am just trying to know as much as I can about just one situation.
