Hi Just me,
First off, if the judgment hasn't included your wife in it then it can't be executed against her. And, secondly, social security income can't be garnished to satisfy a judgment. I'd be surprised if they can take anything from you.
Do you have any other asset? Saving account? Or, any other source of income?
Though the lender can't directly garnish the SS income but once the money would get deposited in saving or checking account, it can be taken from there.
You may wish to file an Exemption of Assets for your bank accoun

No i dont have anything no savings no other income nothing. Thank you for your reply

How do i file this?
Yes I went and the magistrate just seemed to put his fingers in his ears when I spoke.
