hello, I'm new here and im just trying to find help, i live in Ohio, im so desperate about my financial situation, i have 6 loans, 4 are storefront loans and 2 are online loans, below are my loans info:
*Storefronts:
advance america $500.00 payback amnt $535
checksmart $530.00 payback amnt $575
cashland $300.00 payback amnt $350.00
check into cash $400.00 payback $430.00
*Online:
cashnetusa $700.00 payback amnt $890.00 (i can get extension on this loan for $140.00)
Cash 'n Go $400.00 payback amnt $520.00

Well, i owe a lot of money on credit cards, etc so bankruptcy is like my last resort!
I dont have any defaults on my payday loans but I dont have the money to pay them back anymore, so if i were to file for bankruptcy, can I even list this payday loans ? Most of them are renew every two weeks (on my paycheck). I read online that in order to be able to list them i have to be over 30 days late on them.... Can somebody please help and and guide me on what to do, this is really important and I need some help.... I truly don't know how i got myself in this situation, i'm so embarrassed and so dissapointed in myself! PLEASE HELP ME

I am by no means an expert, but in my opinion I would do the following.

Open a new checking account ASAP
Close old checking account. ASAP
Change direct deposit to go to new account ASAP.
Send a C&D, revoke wage assignment and ACH
Start the bankruptcy process and file.

All debts for the most part can be included in bankruptcy, I dont believe it has to be a certain number of days late or delinquent.

The biggest thing is get that account closed so the don't take any more money. Its very scarey, they will call you very angry and threaten, but remember its a bill, you CANT go to jail and they will not come and arrest you like some have threatened. Keep reading.

Some states require that pre petition debts be at least 90 days old or the creditor can make a preference action (basically asking the court to not be included in the bankruptcy) your attorney should be able to answer this question with a more state specific answer
