Im not about to call and get into it with her on the phone at work, because they never listen and try to out talk you and use bs scarce tatics. I need a fax number or legal address to contact these people. Im not paying over and above the legal amount I owe. I went thru all the steps with the revoke letter and contacted the division of finance in my home state of Oregon. Is this lender in the bahamas or located state side. I need all the information i can get on them if its available. Im sick of these lenders using, you signed the contract now pay us stuff, as they are wrong. According to the law the state in which i reside supercides there lending terms and the loan should not have been given in the first place. The only reason I know this now is because of the good folks on this forum. I don't have any respect for this company as they are not a legal collection company they are in house and part of paydayloan yes. It would be nice if there was as attorney in the forum to give just a little advise on how to deal with these people. You know if you ask for validation they will not give it, and say they don't have to abide by the laws concerning collection practices, and keep calling you at work. If that's not enough I keep getting phone calls from from a india sounding guy wishing good luck if I don't call him back, and that im in a legal mess. How stupid can you be. They keep using different names, first it was steven Mark now its Tom parker, same stupid message as if they are reading it from a script. the first time I answered I was told I would be arrested the next day. That one won't work on me. Told him I'll be waiting. the number was 858-345-4559, then 941-961-8518 today Iwas told to call 904-239-3959, but that's not the number they called from...it was strange number..that started with 052439799 according to the caller id on my cell phone. So one thing at a time any contact information for paydayloan yes and its other DBA'S would be most helpful.
