DMP not accepted

I had signed up for DMP, but two of my creditors won't take it. Should I consider settlement with them, I am already behind byy like three months with them.

I am in debt management program and had 3 cards say no. Chase Amazon took 2 months payments that my company sent them they felt it was $30 under what they wanted and made me 60 days late. They also raised me to 29.9%.
