I spoke with the firm today, and have agreed upon two payments (over phone). What should I look for in the letter? IE: Anything about the suit, being considered settled after second payment, etc? They saw that they are suing for Citi, but I thought that my case had gone into collections..
Should I go ahead and submit my discovery, anyway? Just so it won't go past the 30 days mark? Any help would be great!

At a different PC, where my login isn't saved... But yeah, that is what it is, and I received the letter in the mail today stating that citi is accepting the settlement, at this price, with 2 payments of xx on these dates. I also made sure that they would put in there that the lawsuit will be dismissed on the receipt of the last payment. Thanks for the help. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't screw up on something with this. I already feel better!
