Sued by law firm, reached settlement, what to look for?

Should I go ahead and submit my discovery, anyway? Just so it won't go past the 30 days mark? Any help would be great!

At a different PC, where my login isn't saved... But yeah, that is what it is, and I received the letter in the mail today stating that citi is accepting the settlement, at this price, with 2 payments of xx on these dates. I also made sure that they would put in there that the lawsuit will be dismissed on the receipt of the last payment. Thanks for the help. I just wanted to make sure that I didn't screw up on something with this. I already feel better!

You still need to answer the summons or risk getting a judgement anyway. Law firms will often offer settlement as a way for YOU to avoid going to court. Meanwhile, THEY still go and get the judgement. Happened to me once.

OP even if you work out a settlement with the collection agency outside the court make sure to reply to the summon within the 30 days period.
