what option do I have now?

I was sued and taken to court for my repo. Signed a court judgement saying I would pay the amount because they would not take any less! Can I still get my debt reduced by a debt settlment company or am I screwed royally?

That's a really tough one. Hate to say it, but you really need to seek legal assistance on this.

Getting the judgment is the easy part, collecting on it is another matter and is basically a pain. I just resolved a cap1 case with a lump sum 50% post judgment. They would rather have the money now instead of waiting 41 months pursuant to an installment plan ordered by the court...
