Negotiating is possible but it would entirely depend on the collector to agree or not to your proposal. However, they really have no reason to agree to a lower amount since they have got the judgement against you.

Getting the judgment is the easy part, collecting on it is another matter and is basically a pain. I just resolved a cap1 case with a lump sum 50% post judgment. They would rather have the money now instead of waiting 41 months pursuant to an installment plan ordered by the court...
