I live in Delaware and have 9 (I know) internet payday loans that have been active since around July of this year. I have paid well over the amount borrowed on most of them. I need help getting these things reduced or cancelled as being paid in full.

Please tell us what Internet Payday loans you are dealing with. What did you borrow and what have you paid? The first thing you need to do is secure your bank account, so please read the link before that talks about that.

I'm not sure what the laws are for deleware, but I'm pretty sure out some of those 9 you have some illegal ones.

Just got back from the bank and all ACH's have been blocked and ACH revocation letters have been sent. Now just waiting for the phone calls. Too bad, they all have been paid the principal at the very least. Many have been paid almost double what was borrowed. Thanks again for the support. It wasn't as hard as I thought!!!

You shouldn't hear anything from One Click; I never did. U S Fast Cash will hound you to the gates of hell. They'll e-mail you at least twice a week (once the ACH doesn't go through). Just keep resending your letter in response to their e-mails. After about 3 months, they'll stop.

Doesn't it feel great to know you're on the road to financial recovery? God bless this website.

National Pay Day Lenders sent me a form letter yesterday via e-mail stating that my ACH revocation letter was a form letter that they to don't recognize (love the irony). I again responded to them that all communication must come throughUSPS mail. I also decided to ask for a refund of the $200.00 I paid them over the principal. Let's see what happens next.

Here is the latest: Ace Cash Services responded to my BBB complaint by saying my loan is paid in full and I am ineligible to do business with them (yay for me). Little Loan Shoppe just sent me an application for a new loan (whatever). The good news with the LLS application is that the e-mail stated my previous loan was paid in full and now I am "lucky" enough to re-apply. I will keep those two letters stating they are paid in full for future reference. I am so thankful that I found this site and have been able to take back my life. Thanks to all and I will try and give as much help as I received on here. I will keep posting updates as they come.
