I have a loan from First America Credit. They say they are a "personal line of credit" I cannot find any contact info on their webpage other than a phone number. I wonder if they are legal in Ohio and how I should prusue them?

FIRST AMERICA CREDIT IS A BUNCH OF BULL CRAP. I sent in my application, I received an email stating I was approved and all I had to do was send in certain documents (bank statement, direct deposit form, etc.) and the funds will be deposited into bank account the next business day. Here I go to my employer and set up the direct deposit form for the payments and then the next day I get a email stating that I am not approved for a loan. I have tried to call and find out why I am now not approved and all they can tell me is that I am to talk to my loan officer, which I have called numerous times and left numerous voicemails asking him to call back and give reason why not approved, with of course no response back. So then I email the underwriting department asking them to send me a little better explaination on why I was not approved and they send the same exact email they sent the first time.....DUH it doesnt tell me much or why I was not approved. So now I have to go back to employer and tell them to cancel the direct deposit, which of course kind of embarrassing. They kind of have it a little backwards, don't go and set up direct deposit through employer unless you know you are 100% sure you are approved. Good thing that I got that email before I called them with my debit card # for the 1st payment... they probably would have robbed me blind......
First America Credit.......IS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE......interest and payments are way lower than most other payday loans but I surely wouldnt trust them.
