Im currently 60 days past due with chase. I owe them $3700. I received a call from them today and offered me to settle the acc for $1600. Now they say that it will show as "account settled with 0.00 balance" in my credit report. Is this status bad for my credit report? Can I negotiate something different like "paid in full"?

I will try to negotiate for "Paid in full". Now how bad is it for my credit to have the account as settled? Is is better to ask them to delete it completely?
I have another chase card with a balance of $7500 and an Amex with $21000.
I'm planning to settle all of them, but worried about my credit after I do it.

I'm currently over 90 days past due. After two months Amex hire a law firm (Wagner & Hunt) to collect the money. Since then, they've been the ones calling me. They keep asking me to make at least the minimum payment or they may start a litigation process. So far they haven't made any offers. What Im going to do is call Amex directly by the end of next week and try to make an offer since they still own the account.
