Please help me in any way you can,
I have 8 loans abouyt 2500.00 in them, I am current on all but 1, they are due tomorrow but I am going to the bank in the am, to talk to them to open another account and close that one,
I have called a debt consolidation and I am trying to see how I can pay them what they want, but I dont see how,
Any suggestions as to what to do, where to go, whom to talk to.
Also i have been getting calls from the 1 i have in default they call my refernece,, my job, tell me that I did something against the law with having more then 1 loan out.
This has been making me physiically ill for weeks, and not getting better.
I thank you for any help you can send

Try getting help with a company that specializes in consolidation or debt settlement with Payday Loans. I used a company here is their site --> deleted..pm I shopped around and I was most comfortable with this group. I hope you can get the help you need. Good Luck!!!

sorry no solicitory or personal info allowed.

Check to see if any of these lenders are members of the CFSA (The Community Financial Services Association of America) at the link below:
http://www.cfsa.net/MemberList.aspx
Even if they aren't listed there it doesn't mean they aren't so you may need to call them and ask if they are members. If they are, you would be eligible for the EPP (Extended Payment Plan), you can read about the extended payment plan, number 11, at the link below:
http://www.cfsa.net/industry_best_practices.html

The trick is to request the EPP BEFORE you default, so you will need to go into the store and ask for an EPP, they won't offer it to you. When you go, make sure you take a note book with you so you can jot down information, this is just in case they refuse to give it to you for some lame reason or because they aren't informed about an EPP. This has happened to other members, you need to be stern and have ALL the information you need with you. Print out the EPP and the list of members and take thast with you also. Just make sure you don't let them bully you by having all information you need with you to prove they are obligated to provide an EPP to it's customers.

I realize it is going to be difficult (since you have so many) to carry all of these but you really are going to need to make some type of payment arrangements anyway, so if you can do so without the added interest and the threat of being sued I would take advantage of the EPP with all the lenders you are able to.

Thank you, I am scared to answer my phone anymore, But I will contact them Monday and see about the EEP, Where do I print it out from and I checked most are on the CSFA list, Im not sure what that means though.
It is getting to the point I am very very depressed about all this.
I just want to make payments and NOT be hasseled anymore
I can not afford to pay all these back in 4 payments!!
ow I am really worried.

The CFSA is an organization that some payday lenders are members of, in order for them to be members they must adhere to the rules set forth:
The Community Financial Services Association of America is the only national organization dedicated solely to promoting responsible regulation of the payday advance industry and consumer protections through CFSA???s Best Practices
CFSA member companies are required to comply with Industry Best Practices that ensure consumer protections and responsible lending to all customers. As a condition of membership, members must abide by all CFSA Best Practices and pledge their commitment to them annually.
http://www.cfsa.net/best_practices.html
