RJM Collection for Wachovia overdrafts listed as a Factoring Account?

I am preparing to take RJM to small claims court for reporting a debt that they failed to validate. I recently noticed that the "factoring company" classification entry in the listing. Can someone tell me if this is correct? RJM claims that I had a Wachovia account that was overdrawn and this is the debt that they are trying to collect. Here's the listing:

IMO the 'factoring account' entry simply means that RJM acquisit
IMO the 'factoring account' entry simply means that RJM acquisitions has purchased your account from Wachovia and now possesses the rights to collect against it. However things don't change if they fail to validate the debt.
