They have 3 listings on my credit bureau and I am sending them a validation letter as they have never contacted me. I was also wondering if they are legally allowed to make any collection efforts legally in the state of Illinois and if not fully intend to report them to the AG. Thanks in advance.

If you are referring to CYBRCOLLECT, You should find out if they are licensed in your state to collect. I do not know where to look for that. As far as what is considered collection, you would have to read up on your state laws.

But you are correct in reporting to the AG if you need to.
