Debt Consolidation - No longer living in US

Now that I am in Canada I have many people tell me to just stop paying because creditors will not follow me abroad for under $20000($8200 in credit card and about 11,000 in student loans) but I really want to meet my responsibilities and get a manageable payment.
Would greatly appreciate any advice or information on the matter.

Well the student loans can and will pursue you in Canada...there is a US-Canadian agreement that judgements rendered in the US can be executed in Canada. The same goes for the credit cards but they are less likely to pursue you.
Are your student loans federal loans? Or private loans?

I am not looking to avoid my responsibilities as I want to pay all my accrued debts but I want to consolidate all my payments into one lump payment per month. Can I do this through your services?
You are going to have a problem with any type of consolidation.
You are going to have a problem with any type of consolidation. You will not qualify for a private loan consolidation while out of the country. And a canadian debt consolidation company wont touch you because you are dealing with US debts.
The border and currency is a big issue to content with.
