I got a letter from a collection agency that I am still fighting with to find out who the original creditor was and when the debt was incurred. My question is what is the statue of limitations on a payday loan? I am thinking that it is about a payday loan from years ago but I am not sure yet. And does anyone have advice?

This is the first letter that I have received, it is from National Credit Adjusters with an address in KS. I am not sure what a mini miranda warning is? The letter does say that this is from a debt collector attempting to collect a debt and all information obtained will be used for that purpose? It says the original creditor was regency on the letter but I have no idea who that is. NCA has not provided me any more information as of yet.
