Collection Letter

I got a letter from a collection agency that I am still fighting with to find out who the original creditor was and when the debt was incurred. My question is what is the statue of limitations on a payday loan? I am thinking that it is about a payday loan from years ago but I am not sure yet. And does anyone have advice?
Is there a mini miranda warning on the letter? Is this the first
Is there a mini miranda warning on the letter? Is this the first letter of collection you have received, and what is the name of the collection agency?
answer
This is the first letter that I have received, it is from National Credit Adjusters with an address in KS. I am not sure what a mini miranda warning is? The letter does say that this is from a debt collector attempting to collect a debt and all information obtained will be used for that purpose? It says the original creditor was regency on the letter but I have no idea who that is. NCA has not provided me any more information as of yet.
