I have about 4 bills trying to be collected at this time. I want to pay them ,but can't pay them all the same time. I called and one said $250 was the min. payment they would accept.3 of these are $450 (Credit Card),$560 (Medical) and $500( Credit card) And 1 is for breaking a lease early by 2 months ($3000) Paying the broken lease bill $200 a month down to $1500. The others all hit me all at once. I would like to give them at least $50 a month. How likely for them to sue me at these smaller amounts. Thanks.:)

Realistically if you are making "good faith" payments I don't think they can sue. Generally anything Medical if you were only paying $5 a month they would take it. I would just let them all know that is what you can do for now until each one is paid off then you can pay more on whatever is left

Thanks for your advice. I just wondered what is the likely hood of them sueing me if I am paying $50 on these $400/$500 debts. Thanks
