Realistically if you are making "good faith" payments I don't think they can sue. Generally anything Medical if you were only paying $5 a month they would take it. I would just let them all know that is what you can do for now until each one is paid off then you can pay more on whatever is left

They can still sue you even if you are making "good faith" payments, the only way they can't sue is if you have a written contract with the CA's.

It really depends on the collection agency.
