Interesting any thoughts?

This is interesting to me, got a few collection letters from a CA out of NY called NCSPlus Incorporated, they have sent two with different sized envelopes, got another one yesterday from NY, its on letterhead of Gary C. Cooke attorney at law, I know it came from the same office because one of the other letters the postage meter stamp has the same numbers at this letter we got yesterday. Now, NCSPlus has a bond with the state of Texas for debt collectors, but this Gary C. Cooke does not have one, not that I could find anyway. Yet the letter from Gary C. Cooke clearly says "This letter has been sent to you by a debt collector. THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT A DEBT." This debt is very minimal, its a long story, anyway, all letter say to send payment to original creditor which is a doctor, we had a lot off medical bills, I called all of them from the very start to try to get them all to take a settlement, some did some didn't, this one here said they would have to get back with me, and they never did, so thats how it came to this. I'll eventually pay it, its my husbands, and I don't want to mess him up.
