From Zwicker it went to NCO

But today I got letter from American Express that my account has been sent to NCO, I have not searched them are they easy to handle? do they settle?
Any advice.

No, not so. Congrats, your life just got much easier. NCO settles much better. You will deal with guys from India. But if you are nice to them they will return the same. Offer 30%...
NCO is better to deal with and I would push the buttons to 60%.

Zwicker's guidelines are refuse to present any offers to Amex

No they can't. You are lying. 35% settlements with NCO are terrific and anything lower is a grand slam. Quit your shameless prospecting in this do it yourself forum.
