I just had a call from ER Solutions (425-562-3215) and I am infuriated!
1st, I answer the phone call THEY made to me only to be told " thank you for calling ER Solutions, all representatives are busy, please hold"; normally I hang up the phone at that point...I WISH I had! When someone finally gets on the line, she starts her spiel about a deliquent account. When I repeatedly attempt to stop her to tell her she has the wrong person, eventually having to SCREAM at her, she rudely asks me if I am going to let her finish? When I tell her that I DO NOT have a deliquent account and ask her for the address she has, she tells me some address in FL. I tell her that I live in NC and the phone number she called is a NC number. Does this company NOT do any research on whom they are trying to reach? She continues trying to tell me that I have a deliquent account, I asked to speak to her supervisor. GUESS what happened...not ONLY did she NOT transfer me to her supervisor, she hangs up on me! If I am not mistaken, that is against the law, since she called me and I do plan to pursue this!
2nd, I have never had an account sent to collection; I despise these rude agencies even MORE than I despise telemarketers! I DO NOT appreciate getting calls for someone else!!

I have excellent credit and no deliquent accounts. Why would these idiots be calling me and calling me nonstop. I refuse to answer any further calls from them and the last time I talked to them, I explained they have the wrong number and told them not to ever call again. Obviously, I will need to file a formal complaint against them.

I've already reported this fake debt collector. They were calling me and claiming to be the "Bay Area Credit Service" and now they're suddenly "ER Solutions". They keep giving me voicemail with different automated voices but it's always the same phrasing. They're pretending it's with an old phone bill, but I called my provider and told them about the debt collector. Phone company said one, I had no late bills and my account was in good standing and two, they never heard of this debt collector. I called the Bay Area number and told them what the phone provider told me and gave them the number to call them and confirm it and they refused. Go figure.
