AMEX after 90 days to NCO, after 120 with NCI. Haven't seen that many people talk about NCI recently, any experiences out there? Is there a reason they sent it on? Or is it just a tactic to confuse?
I have read the forum, and it seemed that most all were with NCO till charge-off.

You have not clearly stated you question. Are you saying that initially your account was with AMEX and then they sold it NCO!! Anyways NCO is a collection agency.Your creditors can sell you account as many times they want. There is no limit of age.If they are not getting back their amount for a long time ,then they sell the accounts to the 3rd party collections agency.
