I got a call that I owed 300 dollars for a card I had Stopped using 11 years ago. I know we paid it off .
I checked my credit report tonight and I have a high rating and nothing to suggest anything of debt.
How far does a credit report go back? If I did owe , wouldnt it show on the report.
Iam very concerned about taking with these people and giving them any information.
If I owed anything back then I would have received a bill. I did move to a different state 11 years ago but all my mail was forwarded out here.

You need not give out any information to them. I'm sure that the legal statute of limitation on this debt is up and its not on your credit report because negative items drop off the report after seven and a half year.
Send them a Cease and desist letter mentioning expired sol.
