Christina, it's not wise to give out your personal information on an open forum, especially since identity theft has become a common place issue.
Anyway, the summons should have the basic information that you need. It would list the plaintiff's name and its lawyer. You can call them up for information. You may also get the information from the court house. However, since you're sued you must file your response for the summons within the time period, otherwise the plaintiff would be granted a default judgement against you.
Along with file a 'motion for discovery', which works like debt validation but is legally binding. It would reveal details about the debt. You can check out the following link to prepare your answer for the summons.
