Your customer service department is extremely rude. They make a settlement agreement so they can get money out of you right away then don't hold up their end of the bargain. Once my bill was sent to collections it was over double the balance due. At hard times like these you think they would be somewhat compassionate. I was making my payments every month per our agreement, lost my job, still making the payments and they aren't keeping their end of the bargain up with the agreed settlement amount. They'll get my next three payments then after that screw them.
I'm single living on unemployment only and about to claim bankruptcy so they won't get a penny.


Guest, this is not the place to post your grievances against First Source. if you want to draw the attention of the First Source management about the misbehaviour of their customer care representatives, you may care to post it directly on their site.

This company continues to call my office, looking for someone I've never heard of. We have 600 people working here, I did a staff search, they are not an employee. I've told them this repeatedly. I'm sending them a letter in writing, and the next time the call, I will have to alert my corporate counsel. I'd post to their website, but my corp counsel says to put everything in writing for a trail. ENOUGH ALREADY.

this company keeps calling me ever day and im getting tired of of it you guys keep hursseing me and i will get a lawyer so stop calling me and you will get what i give you please send me a bill in the mail to p.o box 4337 Everettt wa 98204 thank you i will send you a money oder soon as i get a bill from you guys

I recently moved and had to get a new phone number which has become a nitemare to say the least.
For almost 6 months I keep getting calls for this person Hector and in the beginning I called back a tried to be polite and inform them I just recently acquired this number and to please stop calling. Here it is months later and I am getting recorded messages left, repeated calls and now I am not nice when I speak to these people on the phone. They keep telling me they will remove my number but that there is not guarantee that I will not be called again. I am going to contact legal services now and see about filing harassment charges against them for this continued ignorance on their part and treating me like I am a guilty party. It is not my fault they can not find this person they are looking for and common sense would tell them they would most likely ditch their existing phone number. If they had half a brain they could check to see that this number was reissued....I want charges brought against them since they are to ignorant to keep records according to them and continue to waste my time to pursue someone that has long disappeared.

They even tried getting me not to pay my medical bills; quoting "Medical bills don't occur interest the same way a credit bill does..." "But then if I get hurt..." "Well... you know they help people anyways."
